Women Giving Back (WGB) provides free clothing to women and children living in local homeless shelters. The WGB Store is open one Saturday a month so that the women in the shelters can “shop,” free of charge for clothing that they need for their jobs or school.
How can you help? Sisterhood and other NVHC Congregants will be volunteering at the WGB store in Sterling on Saturday, February 15 from 8:30 am to 10:30 a.m.
We will sort clothes and assist women in choosing outfits and restocking the clothing racks. Parents and high school students are welcome to volunteer and students can receive community service hours for their time.
