Michael Beckley is Associate Professor of Political Science at Tufts University, Director of the Foreign Policy Research Institute’s Asia Program, and Senior Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute. His research on great power competition has been published in the New York Times, Foreign Affairs, the Washington Post, NPR, and the Wall Street Journal. His books include Unrivaled: Why America Will Remain the World’s Sole Superpower, and (with Hal Brands) Danger Zone: The Coming Conflict with China.
