LET’S KVETCH!

We have all had a year!  This virus has been devastating to our society, our economy and our mental stability. We have lost loved ones, watched friends and family suffer and many of us have been sick as well.

Along with illness and fear, this beast of a virus has been a big fat inconvenience.

Is it the big things (loss of weddings, Bar  Mitzvahs, holiday gatherings) or the small things (grocery stores, toilet paper, virtual school) or is it ALL  OF THE THINGS  that have pushed you to the edge?

We have all been affected in so many ways, sometimes we don’t even realize how many ways until we walk into the orthodontist office and realize we have forgotten the darn  mask AGAIN.  Many of us are exhausted, anxious, depressed, lonely, isolated, depleted or all of the above.

Let’s have a conversation.  So often it helps to know that we aren’t alone. 

Come to a virtual facilitated group chat to share the angst, support one another and have some laughs.  Laurie Levine LCSW (and fellow congregant)  will guide us during the event; she will provide a safe and confidential space for us to share in a healthy and productive manner.
