Join other families on Sunday, August 8 as we get together for a little casual, fun outdoor hangout at Lake Newport in Reston! You won’t want to miss this great opportunity to get the kids out and moving while connecting with old and new friends from the community. This is open to families with kids ages 0-18 and will be 100% in-person!
We expect the entire activity to last an hour or two, depending on what folks want to do. We’ll start at 10:30 am with a pleasant walk and go from there. Activities to include:
- Low-impact, stroller-accessible 1 mile walk around beautiful Lake Newport
- Playground playtime for younger kids with basketball for older kids
- Corn hole and other field games for all
- Green space for a little runaround time
- Adult hangout
- Cool refreshments
