Social Opportunities for NVHC youth

At NVHC, we believe strongly that our children are important members of our community.  We want our youth to feel that NVHC is their synagogue too – a place where they feel safe, comfortable and valued – whether they have come to worship, study, socialize, or volunteer.

Studies have shown that participation in a Jewish youth group correlates significantly to feelings of having a strong Jewish identity as an adult.  Our community offers four different youth groups, organized by age, all offering fun and varied opportunities for your child to build their own Jewish community and strengthen their own connection to the synagogue.

Whether your son or daughter is interested in exploring more about Judaism, leadership, starting new friendships or bring existing ones out of the classroom, our programs have something for everyone.
