Cindi Drake is NVHC’s Early Childhood Director.  Cindi has worked in the field of Early Childhood Education for more than 17 years.  Cindi is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment that allows children the freedom to learn through exploring, creating, investigating, inventing and discovering while seeing the world with a Jewish perspective.  Cindi believes in continuing education for both her staff and herself through early childhood education conferences and workshops.   In addition, she has is certified in mediation and conflict resolution and has adult literacy training.  She has been an elementary school reading tutor and has taught adult non-readers as well.

Our staff members are selected for their enthusiasm, love of young children and desire to provide a positive preschool experience for our students. Staff meetings, professional workshops and open communication between parents and teachers enhance our ability to offer a high quality preschool program. In addition, we maintain a low student/teacher ratio.
